Nightlife in Albufeira

Albufeira is known as the city with the most nightlife in the summer and for the beauty of its beaches.

Surely, you've heard of the famous Oura Strip, or Baixa de Albufeira, are places not to be missed with guaranteed entertainment. You can find several restaurants, bars, and clubs.

Downtown Albufeira

Downtown Albufeira, has as its main attractions the main square and the fishermen's square, where you can find some of the restaurants and bars. In high season, these squares come to life with live music entertainment and shows.

The narrow streets are lined with cafes, restaurants, market stalls and small shops selling local crafts and gifts. Most of these streets are pedestrianized, due to their aesthetics they are not suitable for cars.

Oura Strip

Rua da Oura, better known as The Strip, is three kilometers from the old town of Albufeira, it is a modern area with a different atmosphere from downtown.

It's very busy in the summer and is known for their bars and clubs that stay open until the wee hours of the night.
